1. Service Description
TalentPath provides document preparation and portfolio building services for UK Global Talent Visa applications. Our services include evidence structuring, narrative development, and template generation.
Important: TalentPath is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. We are not registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). For legal advice, consult a qualified immigration lawyer or OISC-regulated advisor.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee visa approval outcomes
- We do not submit applications on your behalf
- We are not responsible for decisions made by endorsing bodies or the Home Office
- Generated content should be reviewed and edited by you before submission
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by consumer protection law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery purposes only.
Our platform, templates, and technology remain our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other laws.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Provide false information in your visa application documents
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Redistribute or resell our services
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including visa application outcomes.
9. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
